At Apple, Jaclyn served as an App Development Consulting Engineer, helping Fortune 500 organizations craft best-in-class mobile applications. Her consulting work spanned healthcare, retail, finance, and manufacturing—merging UX best practices with Apple’s Human Interface Guidelines. She also played a key role in developing client facing programs for Apple’s enterprise partnerships with industry giants such as SAP.
After seeing a gap in employee inclusion and diversity training at the team level, she piloted a 3 day facilitator led workshop “Better Together” that became adopted by the I&D team.
Architecting a Mobile Transformation in Healthcare
HCA Healthcare
Recruited by HCA Healthcare’s CIO, Jaclyn was tasked with launching the company’s first Mobile Center of Excellence—a mission-critical initiative to modernize digital tools across 15+ subsidiaries. She assembled a full product team, established enterprise design standards, and led the creation of Orbit, a flagship mobile platform for nurse leader rounding. The result: multimillion-dollar cost savings, elevated patient satisfaction scores, and recognition as an industry innovator.

As Director of Product Design at BNY Mellon’s PershingX, Jaclyn led the full design execution of Wove Investor—a platform transforming how individuals connect with their financial lives. Within just eight weeks, she mobilized strategy, research, and creative direction to deliver a streamlined MVP that set a new benchmark in investor experience.
Her leadership continues to shape the future of fintech with initiatives like Advisor Match, a behavioral matching platform designed to foster more meaningful investor-advisor relationships.
